Fix bug "noknok and twitter timeline not merge for some user even use the same screen name"
Allow user to send message to only selected network by start the message with .<network> (allow only one network if not define network sedthink will send the status to all networks) for example ".twitter <twitter status>", ".noknok <noknok status>". Becareful to not start the status with . such as ".com in sedthink domain". This message'll not be sent to any network, you have to put space or any character before "."

Mark all as read when refresh. This function will automatically do if you click at timeline or any place on microblog module. It'll mark all statuses as read but there is a diferrent between this function and the function when you click at mark all statuses read button. When you click at mark all statuses read button, it'll hide all unread icon immediately but for this function it'll not hide the icon immediately but it'll hide after you click refresh or automatical refresh function perform.
